The first competition of the year for Coalville Gymnastics Club is the East Midlands Regional grades. This is taking place on Sunday 3rd March at Leicester New College.

We have got girls participating in: Compulsory 5, Compulsory 4, Compulsory 3, National 8, National 7, National 5, Grade 12, Grade 11 and Grade 9. Throughout the competition in the compulsory and national grades the girls have the chance to represent the East Midlands in national finals later in the year in Birmingham in order to do this they have to come in the top 4 scoring a certain amount overall and on range and conditioning.

It’s finally here! we would like to welcome you to the new Coalville gymnastics club website. This site is going to be kept up to date with the latest news and achievements. Some sections are still under construction but feel free to have a look around and see what we have been doing.

We are in full flow of our disability classes at the gym. Disability classes run on a Sunday morning on a regular basis, if you would like your child to take part in the classes, want more information, or would like to help out with the classes please get in touch with Rachel Hewitt. It has been a positive year for Coalville Gymnastics club as numerous of our gymnasts had been picked for various different teams.
We had gymnasts in the Junior and Senior Leicestershire team for the East Midlands Inter County Championships.
Representing the Junior team we had Ebony Birt, Layla Joachim and Sophie Winfield. Representing the Senior team we had Charlotte Abell. The junior team took the gold the senior team took the silver.

Also after regional championships Madison Newell secured her place in the level 4 East Midlands team after coming 2nd in the competition and Emily Pike joined Madison as the reserve. Madison came 51st in the competition and both girls gained valuable experience from the competition.

Well done to you all, we are all very proud of you.

Coalville Gymnastics Club are pleased to announce that the teen adult class is now up and running!! The class runs in term time from 7:30-9PM on a Friday. Do not hesitate to call us and book your place in the session, each session is 6£ pay on arrival.
