For many of you that have been in gymnastics for many some years you may of noticed there has been a big change in the wording of some of the competitions. A lot of the “levels” based competitions will now be known as zinc, copper, bronze, silver and gold. Your gymnasts coach will ultimately put them in the level they are capable of within the age restriction for each level.
