News and Success
-First Competition of the year !
It was the first competition of the year for our gymnasts with the competition being “I’m in” we had 5 gymnasts competing in this competition – Callum Sander, Lily Hardy, Riley Patterson, Riley Banks and Oscar Minderides all gymnasts competed at level 1 within their age group categories.
The competition covered Trampoline, Vault and Floor with the gymnasts having to perform required skills and routines on each piece. All the gymnasts performed their routines fabulously all doing really well.
Trampoline -
Riley Patterson – 3rd
Lily Hardy – 4th
Callum Sanders- 5th
Riley Banks – 5th
Oscar Minderides – 4th
The trampoline was very bouncy compared to the trampoline at Coalville, Oscar was nearly dusting off the celling when he first had a go this was great for the gymnasts to experience different equipment in the different gyms.
Vault-

Lily Hardy – 4th
All gymnasts mastered the springboard showing off great jumps both stretch and tuck jumps and Riley Banks even did his squat on and did competed it extremely well.

All gymnasts had set routines they had to perform, and all gymnasts are improving with their skill execution due to their increase in strength and conditioning. They all had a great competition and was a great experience for them all.
